Oral Health Improvement must remain a priority in the pending election The National Oral Health Promotion Group supports the oral health improvement workforce to improve oral health across the country. As the 2024 election approaches, we ask that the future government carefully considers our manifesto which has a strong focus on vulnerable groups, reducing inequalities in oral health and delivery of targeted evidence based oral health improvement programmes to improve overall health. This video was co-designed by the international women’s group at Riverside community health project in Benwell alongside the 0-19 Health Visiting and School Nursing service and Oral Health Promotion Community Dental Service in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. We hope that this video could be used in a variety of settings both locally and nationally to support Romanian families to understand how to register with a dentist and what to expect when they go to the dentist.
